  1. Answer the following questions about a lesson planning

ELVER ANTONIO FORERO SANCHEZ

 A. How important do you think a lesson plan is to a successful lesson? What features do you think a lesson plan should include?
About importance a plan lesson be successful or not, consist  in the affectivity from the lesson itself, is for that to the planning must taking in account some special aspects. The features a lesson plan go from the objectives, it mean what is that want to get really over the lesson practice, till how to put into practice or develop the lesson. The lesson plan must be done in order to help to teacher can give the contents in a organized way and students can get the contents in a easy way. Others features, the plan provides security in the sometimes unpredictable atmosphere of a classroom, a plan is a log of what has been taught, it accounts as a record information or a guide which could be used in futures lessons.
b. Do you think it is a good idea to strictly follow a lesson plan? Why?
Yes, I do, but I consider the strict way be applied to the importance of planning and not the following a established plan, I mean, the lesson needs be flexible, that is, the lesson plan need to accommodate to local circumstances as time allotted for teaching and learners needs. Probably the lesson plan is not adequate so the lesson plan must be adjusted, or unsuspected issues arises so adjustments must be introduced.
c. Some people think that lesson plans severely restrict teachers’ creativity. Do you agree? Explain your answer.

No, I don´t think so, in fact I think the creation of plan has a creative feature, because the teacher considers the problems that presents in the classroom normally, so, he find the way to resolve it based in a planed lesson, in addiction,  I think that teacher requires a lot of creativity to can implementing the plan effectively. For that reason the planning must be flexible according to the academics circumstances or requirements, this way the teacher´s creativity shouldn´t be limited.
MIRYAM YANETH GARAVITO RODRIGUEZ

a. How important do you think a lesson plan is to a successful lesson? What features do you think a lesson plan should include?
  • I think a lesson plan is the best option for a teacher because when we planning a lesson before classroom we can make sure our class will be a successful already we have all the activities and procedures here go implicit the way as uses the time and space, materials for support learning and interactions into of classroom.
  • The features of a lesson plan are:
  • Clear and specific objectives
  •  Instruments of knowledge as mind maps, conceptual maps or sequence maps, when we are explaining the terms or procedures
  • Easy and hard Activities during of develop of it class (choose activities according of learner’s style leaning). So design activities in group or individuals.
  • The teacher must know kind question that will in each stage
  • The material must be specific
  • Different kinds of evaluation and the most important self- evaluation
b. Do you think it is a good idea to strictly follow a lesson plan? Why?
When you make a lesson plan is for try to following an instruction during the class but can’t be straitjacket because the learners are people, humans being have difficult, some have different forms or styles learning, the rhythms learning aren’t the same in all learners, in this sense, the lesson plan must be flexible and modifiable.
c. Some people think that lesson plans severely restrict teachers’ creativity. Do you agree? Explain your answer.
I think that not, because at the time planning the lesson the teacher has the opportunity of creates awesome class for his learners, the creativity doesn’t improvise in the moment of the class, the creativity is the planning of methodologies activities and resources actives that allow to student feels motivated.

GLORIA GISSELA ACOSTA

How important do you think a lesson plan is to a successful lesson?
Lesson planning is a vital component of the teaching-learning process. Proper classroom planning will keep teachers organized and on track while teaching, thus allowing them to teach more, help students reach objectives more easily and manage less. The better prepared the teacher is, the more likely she/he will be able to handle whatever unexpectedly happens in the lesson.

What features do you think a lesson plan should include?
-       provide a coherent framework for smooth efficient teaching.
-       help the teacher to be more organized.
-       give a sense of direction in relation to the syllabus.
-       help the teacher to be more confident when delivering the lesson.
-       provide a useful basis for future planning.

b. Do you think it is a good idea to strictly follow a lesson plan? Why?
I consider that a planned lesson is just better. Not all planned lessons are fabulous and not all unplanned lessons are a disaster, but even a bad lesson will be less bad planned, and even a great lesson can be greater with a plan. If I am good at teaching unplanned lessons, I will be even better at teaching with a plan.

c. Some people think that lesson plans severely restrict teachers’ creativity. Do you agree? Explain your answer.
There are several reasons why a planned lesson is better. One of them is that having a lesson plan helps you maintain focus. With a classroom full of students, with their short attention spans and their natural desire to disrupt anything and everything, it is very easy for a lesson to be sidetracked or derailed completely, and the best way for  the teacher, to steer the lesson back on is the lesson plan.

DIEGO FERNANDO CARDENAS
a. How important do you think a lesson plan is to a successful lesson? What features do you think a lesson plan should include?
A lesson plan is paramount in other to be succesful when someone teaches. A plan shows there is an order and objective. Therefore if a lesson is not planned students may be lost during the development  of that lesson and thier understanting will apprehend little.
  • A topic
  • Objectives
  • explenation of topic
  • examples of  topic
  • exercises to practice the topic
  • Quesitons or doubts and answer to them

b. Do you think it is a good idea to strictly follow a lesson plan? Why?
Yes, a plan needs to be followed but not the same structured for every lesson. There may be topics which may need a different plan.

c. Some people think that lesson plans severely restrict teachers’ creativity. Do you agree? Explain your answer
No. I think a plan gives the opportunity to desing lesson differently, because when someone plans, he/she thinks about something thoroughly. So when a teacher plans his/her lessons can or should be creatives.
Unplanned lessons show disrepect to the learners and they may be lost when the lesson will be developed, and their understanding will be withoout fruit.

2. The students will design a blog in order to integrate all the components of a lesson planning, taking into account  a topic to be developed following a specific structure, for example:
